Delivery & Returns

Customer satisfaction

We do hope you love your nah delivery, but if for any reason you are not 100% happy with your order, please message us on hello@nahlife.com.

Delivery

We try our very best to get your nah order to you as soon as possible. We post Monday to Friday. If your order is placed before 1pm, we aim to post it the same day.

If you are really keen to get your hands on nah and have missed the delivery cut off point, drop us a message and we will see what we can do.

Mainland UK: 1-3 business days, £2.99-4.99 (calculated at the time of order)

International: Please select your country from the drop down list and the postage is automatically calculated. Can’t find your country in the list? Drop us a message and we will get you a quote.

Subscriptions

We’ll build your first box as soon as you checkout and it will usually arrive within 3 working days. After this, your box will be shipped in the last week of each month, so you are fully stocked at the start of every month. You will always be notified once your box is shipped.

Returns

Drop us a message and we can process your return.

We can only accept returns within a 14 day period and as long as the products are unopened and undamaged.

PLEASE NOTE: unfortunately we will not be able to refund the cost of postage, either of your original order or the return unless the item is faulty. For faulty items we will resend a replacement at no extra cost and refund the cost of your original delivery.
